As a continuing student within the Technical/Professional Writing Graduate Certificate program at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, I am perfecting my craft of editing and writing with even more assignments and professional advisements. A notable course within this graduate program is ENGL 5183 - Editing Technical Documents, which introduces principles and practices for substantive editing and copyediting print/digital technical documents including instructions, formal reports, articles, and reference manuals. Projects are selected from among a series of real writing tasks and will involve both individual and collaborative work. |
